Division V-A boys bracket

This is a 32-team bracket with 2 first wild card games which will be played on Wednesday, Feb. 19, with both games tipping-off at 7:30 p.m. These are the wild card games:

Game A: Twin Pines @ Palm Valley
Game B: Immanuel Christian @ Peace in the Valley

The No. 1 seed in the bracket is, obviously, Price, and the Knights will be trying for their 4th straight section and State Title, something no team has yet been able to accomplish. Moving into the No. 2 seed is Rio Hondo Prep, which gets the benefit of Stoneridge Prep being banned from the playoffs for using three ineligible players. No. 3 is Tarbut v' Torah and No. 4 is Renaissance Academy. Here's a look at the bracket:

All games with the exception of the final round will start at 7:30 p.m. unless another time is mutually agreed upon and clearance is received from the CIF-SS Office. Public coin flips will be held in the lobby of the CIF-SS Office at 9:00 a.m. the day following each playoff game [these coin flips will determine subsquent sites after the first round, i.e., which school will be the host]. Coin flips will be available after 9:30 a.m. and we'll try to keep everyone posted with them here.
