We didn't have the time to post details from the semifinals which were played this last Wednesday, but suffice it to say, Price (28-2) knocked off Mesrobian easily, 80-44, and was never really challenged, while Palm Springs Desert Chapel (19-9) knocked off Tarbut V'Torah by a score of 54-27 behind Reed Ritchie's team-high 16 points.

Price, the No. 1 seed is trying to win its 4th straight CIF-SS title, and will, following the game today, also try to win its 4th straight State title. Bel Bolch and Dan Arritt have figured out that Price has won its four playoff games by an average of 53 points....Glad they had the time to do the math. As we've been saying, this division is about Price, Price and then it's about Price. We don't want to make predictions, but if Desert Chapel manages the upset win, it will make the front page of Saturday's LA Times. We don't expect that to happen, but you never know....
