2003 War On The Floor Tournament
Starts This Weekend--(June 25, 2003)

What:     2003 War on the Floor
Where: Taft HS, Woodland Hills, CA
When:   Saturday, June 28 through Tuesday, June 24
Who:      16 Top SoCal Region HS Teams
                Teams include: Taft, LA Baptist, Stoneridge Prep, Locke,
                Chaminade, Moorepark, El Camino Real, Bakersfield,
                Sylmar, Westlake, LACES, Notre Dame, Canoga Park,
                Chatsworth, and Dorsey

We just received an e-mail containing the entire bracket for the 2003 edition of the "War on the Floor" boys basketball tournament. It's a large graphic, so we're not sure how it's going to display on everyone's computers, but since we don't have a lot of time right now to retype the schedule and convert it all to html format, we're just going to pass it along as we received it. The tournament will feature teams mostly from the San Fernando Valley and Ventura area, but there are a few interlopers, including Bakersfield HS, Dorsey and a couple of Conejo Valley teams. The tournament continues to be run by Bort Escoto of Sylmar HS, but he disclaims all responsibility for the brackets, which were put together by Dennis Magro. So if you've got a complaint, talk to Dennis....

Those of you who can make it to the tournament will undoubtedly see some first rate games. Those who can't, well, too bad for you. Here's the entire bracket. See you there....
