As we said about the kids in the Junior class all-star game, some of these guys probably could have easily been named to the Best of the Best game. But no matter, these were among the best seniors at the camp, bar none. There were a few curious selections, but everyone's got an opinion, and that's what makes this stuff actually interesting to some of us... In any event, there are a few players here who played really well throughout the camp, including Cori Anderson, a really solid guard who has some explosive ability, Rai Colston one of the quickest guards at the camp, and big man Jacob Bettinger (who is receiving a lot of attention, or so he says, from some very prominent Pac-10 and WAC schools), as well as Marcellius Sample, Carlos Campos, and yes, even Thanasi Pangiotakopoulous, a tenacious point guard with a need to put the ball in the hole. In short (no pun intended) this was a group of players dominated by guards, but there were a few really good big men, including among them three local big guys (Bass Yessoufou, Tim Ahlering and Zach Woolridge), who all played pretty solidly.
