This too was a surprisingly good group of players, and the junior class looked good at the West Coast All-Star camp.  As with the other games, the players were selected by a group of the camp's  coaches, acting as an all-star committee.  If you've got a complaint about who was selected, take it up with them, not with us.  Here's the list of players who participated in the Junior Class All-Star Game:

Ben Voogd 6'-1" 165 PG 05 Siuslaw OR
Sam Warren 6'-9" 195 C 05 Denver Montbello CO

Best players in this game, regardless of origin:    Sam Warren, a big post player with a lot of upside;  Ben Voogd, an outstanding shooter;  Lolomon McCorevey, who was also just an outstanding shooter, who hit about five three-pointers in this game.   All of the players really have a lot of potential, but these where the ones that immediately stood out.  We also liked Casey Neimeyer's toughness and hustle.   As with the rest of the all-star game rosters, we don't have the time right now to really spotlight all of the players, so this will have to suffice for now.

Again, we want to extend our congratulations to the kids who were selected to the all-star game.  We look forward to seeing you progress through the ranks of the recruiting process and wish you all success...
