Murphy Record: 15-5, 4-0.  Beat Santa Fe league rival Bell-Jeff on Friday. Travis Singletary, Robert Soriano-Hewitt, Justin Turman, and Chukwuma Awaji continue to lead. Next Up: @ Cathedral 1/24.
Northwood Record: 14-5, 1-2. Playing with only underclassmen, Northwood has compiled an impressive record. Junior guard Matt Susson and soph Drew Terry lead this interesting and surprisingly good team. Up Next: @ Pacific Coast League rival Laguna Beach 1/24.
Crespi Record: 13-5, 3-2 Two losses in a row to league rivals (Notre Dame and Loyola) move the Celts down a notch. Andrew Moore, Kingsley Anawanyu, Charlie Sheibler, and Allan Ellis lead.  Next up: Hosting Harvard-Westlake 1/24.
St. Paul Record: 11-10, 1-2.  Losses in the last two league games to St. Bernard and Bishop Amat have not helped. Still a tough team, but young. Next Up: @ Servite 1/24 (Non-League game)
Marshall (Pasadena) Record: 10-5 overall.  Better than their record. Lost to Price by 8 at the Rose City Rumble last weekend. Hassan Moody, Harvester Haynes, Don Daniels, Chris Strings, Ken Lumpkin and Bryson Haynes continue to lead the team.
Valley Christian-Cerritos Record: 12-9, 3-2.  The Crusaders lost to a lot of higher division teams in the preseason and tournament play, but they are doing well in Olympic League with a victory over Whittier Christian on Friday by a score of 86-29. Up Next: @ Maranatha 1/26.
La Salle Record: 11-8, 2-2.  Lost a tough overtime battle to Santa Fe League rival Cathedral on Friday.   Team is not dominating, but not faltering either. Next Up: Hosting Salesian 1/24.
St. Bonaventure Record: 12-5, 3-0  Have shown a lot of promise in the preseason from Clay Hertel,  Chris Saunders, Wade DeSmidt, and Ryan Dolinar.   Beat Tri-Valley League rival Oak Park on Friday night.  Up Next: hosting Carpinteria 1/24.
Oak Park Record: 12-8, 1-2. Lost to St. Bonaventure this past weekend, but still a promising team in the division. Up Next: hosting Bishop Diego 1/24.
T Twentynine Palms Saw 29 Palms a week ago, and they play with intensity, but need to play smarter than their opponents. Up Next:  @Notre Dame Riverside 1/24.
T Cathedral Beat La Salle and could be improving.  Next Up: showdown with Murphy @ Cathledral on 1/24.
