For those of you who couldn't make it out to the Pyramid this past Saturday, this is your lucky day, because you get to really find out for yourself what happened during the Mater Dei v. De La Salle game, and you'll get to see Dominguez beat Oak Hill for the No. 1 ranking in the USA. . . and all in the comfort of your own home, without 5,500 other sweaty, loud and annoying fans in your face. . . . While there's really nothing quite like being there, this is certainly better in a lot of respects, and you can even tape the game and watch it over and over again. . . if you're a truly obsessed fan. . . but we don't know anyone like that.

Seriously though, these were two excellent high school games and if you weren't there, or even if you were, they're worth another look just to see what you might have missed.

The Mater Dei game will air tonight at 7:00 p.m., and the Dominguez game airs at 8:30 p.m.
