The Quarterfinals (i.e., the third round, or the "Elite 8" will be played on Tuesday, February 22, 2000 at the host site's gym (note, "alternate sites" aren't used in this bracket until the semifinals on February 25). As for changes in the schedule, they sometimes occur and you should check the local papers or call the school to be certain about the location and time of a game.
