All League Selections: CIF-SS
All-Frontier League--(Mar. 17, 2000)
These are the official All-League Selections as voted on by the coaches of each league, in this case the Southern Section Rio Hondo League. Keep in mind that each league has its own rules as to the number of players on each team, so this will vary from league to league. Some leagues have as many all-league selections as there are teams in the league, some allow two per team, and other leagues treat each "team" as though it should be the best, top five players in the league overall, while still others try to make it a real "team" by position, i.e., the best point guard in the league, the best center, etc. . . We're not sure exactly what the criteria used here was, but these players were selected by a vote of the league's coaches.
