first round southern regionals March 7 results

SoCal CIF State Regional 1st Round
Results: A Few Upsets--(Mar. 7, 2000)

Here are the results. Several seeded teams lost, including a couple of favorites. In Division II boys, No. 3 seed Ocean View was pretty soundly defeated, and in Division III boys, both Washington Union and USDHS lost. In Division IV, No. 1 seed Horizon went down to defeat, and Divison V boys, No. 4 seed Layton was upset by Calvary Chapel Downey, while St. Anthony's the Southern Section champion lost to San Diego Christian.
