35th Annual Orange County All-Star
Game Rosters Announced--(Mar. 17, 2000)
The LA Times Orange County edition published the full rosters for the 35th Orange County All-Star boys' and girls' basketball games, which are presented each year by the Costa Mesa Kiwanis Club. The games will be played April 15 at Orange Coast College. No word yet on the ticket prices or the game times, at least not in what the Times published; the Orange County Register yesterday noted that the girls game will tip off at 5 p.m., with the boys contest scheduled for 8 p.m. The OC Register did not, however, publish the entire roster list for all the teams, but only listed the more prominent players (or at least the ones they considered to be more prominent). The Times, on the other hand, printed the entire roster list. Here are the teams, with each team divided into a "North" and a "South" squad:
