Dave Hopla Shooting Clinic:
June 10-11 At Villa Park HS--(May 25, 2000)

What:  Dave Hopla Shooting Clinics
Who:   Players Ages 10-20
When:  June 10-11, 2000
Where: Villa Park HS, Villa Park CA

Dave Hopla once made 500 out of 500 free throws at halftime of the NCAA Final Four.  This guy is good.  He can still hit about 495 out of every 500 shots he takes, and if you've never seen Dave Hopla work, then you just have no idea how amazing it is to see someone do what he does. . . which is shoot the ball.   There are few people who have studied the mechanics of shooting and mastered them like Dave has, and if you have the opportunity to attend one of his clinics, you don't want to pass it up.

You won't want to miss this two day shooting clinic which will be held in SoCal this year at Villa Park High School, located at 18042 E. Taft Avenue, Villa Park, CA. Cost for the two day clinic is $120 per person which includes a $50 deposit with registration.   Dave will work with players and demonstrate proper shooting technique, including shooting mechanics, drills, proper footwork, hand & elbow positioning, what he calls "two-eyed" shooting,  how to shoot properly off the dribble, lateral ball slide technique, and last but not least, proper and effective free throw shooting.

Dave will be appearing at many camps throughout the summer, including the Nike All-American camp in Indianapolis, and at many of the local camps in the SoCal region (he'll also host a separate two-day clinic on June 17 & 18 in Englewood, Colorado), but the Villa Park clinic will be the only location in Southern California where you can be assured of being able to work for two straight days with one of the best shooters in the country.

Dave doesn't handle his own clinic administration and relies on Jan Bryant at Double Pump to handle the registrations, so you can find a registration form at the Double Pump website, or you can obtain further information (including requesting a registration form by mail) by calling Jan Bryant at (530) 256-2862.
