Based on each of these results, the teams were then divided into four different single elimination brackets. Each first place team in each pool entered the "Gold" Tournamnent bracket; the second place teams entered the Silver bracket; third place teams entered the Bronze Championship bracket, and all 4th place teams entered the Platinum bracket.
