Coaching Clinic Set For May 21--(May 5, 2000)

We received a fax from Redondo Union boys' varsity coach Jim Nielsen, who wanted us to get the word out on what looks to be a very interesting and informative coaches' clinic. Here's the schedule of speakers:

UCLA	Head Coach Steve Lavin	10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Redondo Union HS	Head Coach Jim Nielsen	11:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.
USC	Head Coach Henry Bibby	12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Memphis State	Head Coach Jon Calipari	1:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m.
Beach Cities Basketball	Dr. Steve Brown	2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Resno State	Head Coach Jerry Tarkanian	3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m

The event will feature questions and answers with the coaches. The coast will be $35.000 per person and $70.00 for an entire coaching staff (limit 5) if pre-paid by May 19, 2000; prices at the door on the day of the event will be slightly higher ($45.00 per person and $80.00 for a coaching staff (limit 5).
