Results: Ocean View Takes Title--(June 18, 2000)

Who:	24 Top High School Teams

We received another e-mail from Neil McElroy, assistant boy's varsity coach at Cathedral City, who had the tournament final results:

Gold Bracket

Canyon (Anaheim) defeated Cathedral City, Palm Desert defeated Chaminade, Victor Valley defeated Canyon (Valencia) for 3rd place, and Ocean View defeated Ayala in the championship game. Ocean View was bracket and tournament champion.

Silver Bracket

These games were played at Palm Desert, so I don't know the results, but Banning was playing MLKing for the bracket championship (9th place overall).

Bronze Bracket

Calabasas defeated Indio, West Valley defeated Palm Springs, Bishop Diego defeated Twenty-Nine Palms, and Beaumont (17th place overall) defeated Burbank to win the bracket of teams who finished 3rd in pool play.
