war on the floor changes

We just received a few schedule revisions to the upcoming War on the Floor from Bort Escoto, Sylmar's head coach who is running the event which starts this weekend. First, Bell-Jeff has pulled out of the tournament. We're not sure why, but they have, and in their place will be the team from Clovis HS (not to be confused with Clovis West, which will also be there as well). Second, as a result of this and other changes, the schedule which we first posted has been changed, so here are the new pools and the revised schedule.

Again, bracket play will begin on Monday, and there will be two brackets, one for the first and second place pool teams and the other for third and fourth place teams. We'll post up the brackets sometime later this week but for now they're not really meaningful except to note that the semifinals will take place at 4:00 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. next Wednesday, June 28, 2000, and the Gold (First/Second Place) Championship Game will take place at 7:45 p.m. at Taft, preceded by the 6:30 p.m. Silver (Consolation) Championship also at Taft.
