We spoke with Dinos Trigonis the other day, and he promised to send us the roster of players who are will be attending, updated from the previous lists he's posted on Fullcourt Press, his website.  Late last night he e-mailed us a list which has many of the top players in the West on it, and it's really quite impressive.     Here's the announcement he sent us:

The 3rd edition of the Rim Rattler All-West Camp (to be held on July 11-13 at Lynwood High School) boasts an impressive lineup of 240-plus top  prospects ready and eager to display their skills for the 200-plus college  coaches, scouts and media that will descend upon Lynwood, California to   witness such top national elite senior prospects as Tyson Chandler (Compton Dominguez), Josh Childress (Lakewood Mayfair), Dijon Thompson (Redondo Union), Jamaal Williams (Corona Centennial), Dommanic Ingerson (Santa Barbara), Isaiah Fox (Crossroads), Chad Bell (Westchester), Floyd North (San Diego St. Augustine), Errick and Derrick Craven (Bishop Montgomery), Cody Pearson (Sherman Oaks Notre Dame), Matt Short (Yreka CA), Jason Johnson (Tucson AZ), Jaison Williams (Aurora CO), J.S. Nash (Rancho Verde), Edwin Draughn (Lakewood Mayfair), Marques Crane (Ocean View), Chris Lange (Albuquerque NM), Nick Dewitz (Mesa AZ), Eric Osmundson (San Diego St, Augustine), Douglas Thomas (Inglewood), Kirk Snyder (Upland), Jason Zimmer (Perris), Sheldon Pace (Upland), Anthony Davis (Compton Centennial) and Kenton Paulino (Los Angeles Fremont) and top notch underclassmen like Evan Burns (Fairfax), DeAngelo Collins (Inglewood), Harrison Schaen (Mater Dei), Jamaal Walls (Los Angeles Crenshaw), Brandon Heath (Westchester), Kevin Gardner (Peninsula), Patrick Haddan (Woodbridge), Adam Zahn (Redondo Union), Darius Sanders and Bobby Jones (Dominguez), Fred Washington (Bishop Montgomery), Hassan Adam (Westchester), Richard Cobbs (Canyon Springs), Matt McKinney (Santa Ynez), Jason McKinney (Inglewood) and Keith Ellison (Redondo Union).

The camp's first games tip-off at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 11th and  conclude with a trio of all-star games on Thursday July 13th (4:30/5:30/6:30). Admission is free to the general public.

For the camp schedule or if you need more information, please log-on to FULLCTPRESS.COM or call (562) 901-8592

Of course, we also received yesterday a similar list of the Double Pump West Coast All-Star Camp's Second Session attendees and interestingly, both camps (which take place at the same time) are listing some of the same players. . . .go figure.  We really don't think believe that either party is intentionally listing kids who they know won't be attending (althogh there's one heck of a "war" for the affections of some of these players by the two groups). . . we think it's just a case of "kids being kids" and particularly in travel/exposure/club basketball, it's been our experience that kids (like the good politicians they have to be)  don't burn any bridges, at least not if they can help it, so perhaps some of them are telling everyone that they'll be attending both camps. . . Guess only time will tell.

Again, the Rim Rattler Camp will run from July 11-13th, and will end one day earlier than the Double Pump West Coast All-Stars' second session, which is at Cal State Dominguez Hills, and which runs from July 10-14.   Here's the Rim Rattler All-West Camp Schedule for this year:
