"McDonald's Invitational"
Tomorrow At
Pasadena City College--(Jan. 19, 2001)
We've already posted a number of items on this event, but because it's tomorrow, and features some excellent matchups, we thought we'd give everyone one last, very specific reminder, and a last chance to look at the schedule in order to plan your day accordingly. . .look at it this way: If you're a college fan, there's not much going on this Saturday, so high school games are something to be relished. . . UCLA and Arizona are out of town, UCSB is in Moscow, Idaho, UC Riverside (in its first D-I year) is off for the day. . .well, ok, there is some college stuff happening, in fact quite a bit (CSUN is playing Eastern Washington at home, and Cal Poly is at Long Beach State, Irvine is playing at Cal State Fullerton, San Diego State is hosting Air Force, LMU is at Pepperdine, USD is hosting St. Mary's, and there's a bunch of JUCO stuff going on. . . ), but if you want to see some good high school games and your favorite team isn't otherwise playing a league game somewhere, then you'll want to check this event out.
Here's the schedule
9:30 a.m. St. Francis vs.
South Pasadena
11:15 a.m. Morningside vs. Bellflower
1:00 p.m. Ayala vs. Chaminade
4:30 p.m. Bishop Montgomery vs. Pasadena
6:15 p.m. Crescenta Valley vs. La Canada
8:00 p.m. Muir vs. Monrovia
See you there. . . at some point. . . .
