We don't have time for notes explaining why we picked who we picked, but we've already seen a lot of the teams ikn this division, and think our selections are fairly accurate, given that it's this early in the year. Once you get past the top four picks, the race is pretty much wide open, and in fact, some might consider it wide open even including the top four teams in the division. One of the most interesting divisions in CIF-SS this year. We'll add notes and observations later.
