CIF-SS Playoffs: Boys Time, Day &
Location Changes--(Feb. 15, 2001)

We've received word of several other changes to the boys' brackets.  Here's what we know:

Division I-AAA

The Diamond Bar v. Esperanza game has been changed to 7:00 p.m..  It will be played at Diamond Bar.

Long Beach Poly will host Rialto as well on Friday @ 7:00 p.m., not 7:30 p.m.

Arcadia will play @ Canyon Springs.  Start time is 7:00 p.m., not 7:30 p.m.

Division I-AA

Redlands @ Murrieta Valley is Thursday (tonight) at 8:00 p.m.

San Clement will play @ Westminster at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, not 7:30.

Division I-A

There are no schedule or location changes

Division II-AA

Santa Margarita will, as we noted earlier play Tustin tonight, not Friday as originally scheduled.

Westlake @ La Serna will start on Friday at 7:00 p.m instead of the normal CIF Playoff start time of 7:30 p.m..

Division II-A

No schedule or location changes for Friday night's games.  

Division III-AA

No schedule or location changes for Friday night's games.  

Division IV-A

Crossroads and Milken were set to meet on Friday night, but Milken can't do that since it conflicts with religious observance.  The Milken v. Crossroads game has been moved to Thursday (tonight) at Crossroads.  Game time is 7:00 pm

Division V-AA

The Western Christian v. Desert Christian Lancaster game has now been moved to a new venue:  The 4,000 seat Felix Events Center at Azusa Pacific.   Take a look at this link. . . we hope someone brings along a crowd.  The game that Western Christian normally uses was booked, so this seemed like a good opportunity to test a potential CIF championship venue.

Valley Torah's game against Rolling Hills Prep has also been moved from Friday night (for the same reason as the Milken v. Crossroads move). The game will be played today (Thursday) at Rolling Hills Prep at 7:30 p.m.

Finally, the Yeshiva v. Sherman Indian game will take place at Yeshiva's home court (the Westside JCC) on Friday at 1:00 p.m. not on Saturday as we previously reported.  Sorry for the confusion.

Division V-A

Tarbut v' Torah's game agaisnt Joshua Springs will be played Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. @ Tarbut.
