It was inevitable. . . only a matter of time, a question of when, not if, it would happen. . . Dinos Trigonis, aka the Fullcourt Press recruiting newsletter for college coaches (and website of the same name) and head guru of the Belmont Shore travel teams and the Rim Rattler All*West Camps, has started a spring league. . . just what the area needs (no seriously, we're sure this will be a quality league with good games and great players, so all joking aside, it's not unwelcome). We're not sure when these guys will find time to do any homework, but no doubtHere's the data from an e-mail that Dinos sent us about the FPSL:
The 2001 Fullcourt Press Spring League will tip-off this year on Sunday March 11, 2001 and run through April 18, 2001. The league (held at Long Beach Millikan HS) will play on the following dates:

Players expected to play on the league's 10 teams include (and by the way, any resemblance to the list of Belmont Shore players who will be at the Rockfish Spring League, is purely coincidental):
