LA Times Names Its All-Valley
Boys' Basketball Teams--(Apr. 5, 2001)

Today's San Fernando Valley Edition of the LA Times featured the final season stats for players and teams from around the Valley region, and as the paper does each year, the Times also named it's First Team and Second Team All-Valley teams. Here's an abbreviated version of what you'll find in the today's edition of the Times. Congratulations to all the players selected.

Player of the Year:
Cody Pearson 6'-4" Sr. G Notre Dame
Averaged 24.3 points, 10.2 rebounds and led Notre Dame to the Mission League title. Averaged 10.2 ppg, 8.6 rpg as a freshman, 16.1 ppg, 9.1 rpg as a soph, 23.6 ppg, 12.4 rpg as a junior.
