Recruiting Update: Demarcus Ellis
Signs With Robert Morris--(May 31, 2001)

Not a lot of info to report about this one, but the LA Times carried a small blurb this last week announcing that Damarcus Ellis (6'-1" So. G) from LA Valley College in Van Nuys (or is it now in Sherman Oaks?) has signed a scholarship agreement with Robert Morris College, a small Division I school which is part of the NEC Conference, a solid mid-major conference which includes schools such as Quinnipac, Monmouth, Wagner, St. Francis, Long Island and others.  Ellis was named to the All-Western State Conference team this past season.  The Robert Morris Colonials didn't exactly set the NEC on fire last season, and with a 7-13 overall record they sure can use some help.
