"Say No" College Summer League
Set To Start June 22--(May 21, 2001)

The Say No College League, an officially sanctioned NCAA summer league will begin play on the weekend of June 22, 2001. The league will run through the weekend of August 11, and will, as it has for the past two years, be held at LA Trade Tech College. If you've never been there, it's your basic gym, hot in the summer, but with a few afternoon breezes and a really good snack bar, funky parking, and some excellent action from a lot of local college players, including most of the Bruins, Trojans and many others. Expect to see most of the new signees for both schools, as well as some of the Long Beach State, CSUN, Pepperdine and others playing. That would include the Cravens, Rory O'Neil, Ced Bozeman, and several others. Neither the schedules nor the teams have been worked out yet, but when they have we'll post them up.
