This is not the the old Best in the West, but an entirely new tournament which will be held Lynwood HS from June 26 through the 30th. We previously posted the brackets on June 14, but now they've been revised just slightly. But even with the revisions, the top teams will still be playing, including Westchester, Crenshaw, Bishop Montgomery, Long Beach Jordan, Long Beach Poly, Compton Centennial, Crossroads, Inglewood, Bellflower, Etiwanda, North Torrance, St. Anthony, Lakewood, Bell Gardens, Verbum Dei, Hawthorne, Morningside, Cabrillo, Dorsey, and Lynwood. LA Washington, previously listed as playing, has dropped out.

There will now be 9 first round byes, so the top teams won't be playing until June 27, but the first round games on June 26 will feature some nice matchups.

The Championship of the BIW Lynwood varsity tournament will be played 8:30 p.m. on June 30, preceded by the third place game at 7:15 p.m.. Here's the revised bracket
