Nelson's teams are among the most competitive in the Bay Area. This year they are probably a bit down from prior years, and the Oakland Slam N Jam teams are on the rise, but for the most part, these teams will play at most of the big events, including the Pump's Easter Tournament, Mats' Madness and The Big Time. Players listed as seniors will not play beyond the spring unless they are going to attend prep school, and we have not heard that about any of Nelson's guys.
