John Cyrus, like other high school coaches in SoCal, likes to have his players stick together even during the "off-season" and they usually do so, entering various spring tournaments (with others coaching because under CIF rules, high school coaches are prohibited from coaching, at least in the Southern Section, during the spring). They will enter the Pump Easter Tournament (that's where this particular roster is from, sans the seniors who will graduate in June 2001 who are not listed), at the Big Time, and at the Best of Summer. They will also play in local spring and summer leagues and at several local high school team tournaments.
