ICP (or Inner City Players) is a team out of Portland, and while it is not the top team from the region (that nod usually goes to Troy Berry's Nike-sponsored Portland Legends), this one (or two teams) coached by Canaan Chatmen, Erin Cowean and Patrick Stickland does feature some of the top players from the region, including recent Arizona-commit Chris Rogers. The roster below was slightly different than the team which showed at the Spiece Run N Slam), and Chris Rogers was at the Spiece, but couldn't be at the Pump's Easter event, which is where the roster comes from below. We assume they will be at the Big Time and several other West Coast "major" tournaments.
