Calvary Chapel Downey 83, Sage Hill 20--Tim Drisdom scored 19 points to lead Calvary Chappel Downey (18-4, 6-0) over visiting Sage Hill (2-4) which trailed 43-13 at the half. The Grizzlies were also led by sophomore guard Ralph Miley who had 18 points. Mike Fitzhugh scored 11 points to lead Sage Hill. Oxford Academy 59, Capistrano Valley Christian 53--Oxford Academy (3-15, 1-5) was led by Jake Fermanian who scored a game-high 26 points and pulled down eight rebounds in the win over Capistrano Valley Christian (6-11, 1-5) which was led by Sean Reynolds with 23 points.
St. Margaret's 67, Brethren Christian 53 --Paul Janczyk scored a game-high 27 points to lead St. Margaret's (9-8, 5-1) over visiting Brethren Christian (12-9, 2-4).
Agape League
Apple Valley Christian 81, Bethel Christian Lancaster 36 --Josh Dillon scored 17 points for Apple Valley (17-1, 6-0) in the win over Bethel Christian (0-6, 2-11). In limited minutes Dillon also had 6 assists, and 6 steals, while his brother Kevin added 16 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, and 4 steals. Christian Van Laack added 8 points and 11 rebounds, while Ryan Manahl added 4 points and 5 blocked shots. Bethel Christian's Mongiano contributed 15 points. Apple Valley Christian is expected to have starting forward Justin Nunes back from a knee sprain for Tuesday nights battle against Hesperia Christian.
Joshua Springs 64, Hesperia Christian 62 (OT)-- Kevin Haliki of host Joshua Springs (11-5, 3-3) made a 15 foot shot with 1.3 seconds left to give the Lightning a 64-62 OT victory over Hesperia Christian. Andre Conner scored 30 points for Joshua Springs, including 16 in the third quarter. Josh McDonald scored 27 points for Hesperia Christian (3-3 in league). Patriot sophmore point guard Trevor Wagstaffe had 14 points and 9 assists and junior forward Bryan Glass had 13 points. HCS and Joshua Springs are both now 3-3 in Agape League play. Almont League
Alhambra 65, Mark Keppel 60 --Alhambra (10-12, 3-3) was led by Erich Chung who scored 16 points over host Mark Keppel.
Montebello 71, Bell Gardens 56 --Ian Parks had 24 points for Montebello (16-6, 6-0).
Schurr 56, San Gabriel 39--The Spartans (9-10, 4-2) maintained their hold on second place in league with a win over the Matadors. Shawn Oshita scored a game-high 19 points for the Spartans, and teammate Sean Odou had 16.
Arrowhead League
Boys Republic 64, Ambassador Christian 55 --John Flanagan scored 24 points to lead the Rams of Boys Republic (12-4, 8-1) over the Ambassador Dawgs (7-10, 4-6), who attempted a rally from a 37-19 deficit at halftime. Ambassador got to within four points with three minutes left in the game, but were unable to get any closer. Michael Esquivel led Ambassador Christian with 20 points (10 in the third quarter comeback attempt) and Jose Guzman and Melvin Hardy each had 11. Jared Haynes of Boys Republic also finished with 13 points. Brandon Giden had eight points and 13 rebounds for Fontana Ambassador Christian in an Arrowhead League loss Boys Republic (8-1, 11-4) -- Flannagan 24, Burrell 2, Magee 13, Haynes 8, Khum 7, Scheiman 4, Acosta 5. Sherman Indian 80, La Verne Lutheran 57 --Leon Ivins scored 22 of his game-high 27 points in the second half as Riverside Sherman Indian (10-6, 6-2) defeated La Verne Lutheran. Ivins also had six steals and five assists. La Verne Lutheran -- Rogan 0, Theus 13, Freeman 14, Beckett 12, Harmon 16, Diluberto 2. Baseline League
Claremont 61, Glendora 50-- Shaddean Aaron scored 19 points and Cameron Munoz had 14 as host Claremont (16-6, 4-2) defeated the visiting Glendora Tartans (19-2, 5-1). Two 3-point attempts by Glendora fell short in the final minutes. Larry Monroe scored 17 points, including two 3-pointers in the second half. The game featured 14 lead changes and neither team held a lead of more than seven points.
Upland 62, Walnut 43 --Junior forward Todd Martin tallied 21 points and 11 rebounds for Upland (15-6, 5-1) in the win over the Walnut Mustangs (9-10, 1-5). The Highlanders' win together with Claremont's win over Glendora, puts Upland in a first-place tie with Glendora for the Baseline league title. Eric Holland added 13 points and five steals for Upland, while Walnut got 11 points each from Damian Jones and Dreshawn Vance. Upland led at the half 30-20.
Bay League
Inglewood 64, Santa Monica 47-- Inglewood (18-4, 8-2) was led by Chris Halloway who scored 22 points and Ron Ligon who had 17 points and 10 rebounds in the win over the Santa Monica Vikings (10-11, 4-5). Senior point guard Jason McKinney finished with nine points, five rebounds and seven assists while junior combo guard Ray Reed had eight points, nine rebounds and three assists. Santa Monica was limited to just three points in the second quarter by Inglewood's run and jump defense.
Mira Costa 38, Leuzinger 29 --Mira Costa (11-10, 5-4) was led by Aaron Harris who had 10 points and four steals in the win over Leuzinger (7-14, 2-7), which was led by Dorell Wright with 11 points, and Billy Stone who also scored 11. Mike Murphy of Mira Costa also added 12 rebounds, four blocks and four points. Aaron Harris had 10 points and four steals.
Redondo 79, Morningside 61 --Keith Ellison led Redondo Union (17-5, 9-0) with 23 points, 11 rebounds, and 8 assists, in the win over host Morningside (3-18, 0-9). Redondo senior forward Adam Zahn had 16 points and seven rebounds while junior wing guard/forward Wendell White had 13 points. Senior center Paul Meynen had 11 points and 12 rebounds ro Redondo. Morningside was led by Michael Atkins and Khalid Jones who each scored 14. Travone Vivers finished with 10 rebounds and teammate Alan Goodwin added 12 points and 11 rebounds for Morningside.
Peninsula 64, North Torrance 60--Visiting Pensinsula (14-8, 6-4) was led by Kevin Gardner who scored 15 and teammate Phil Baxter who also scored 15 in the win over North Torrance (11-9, 3-6), which was led by Jun Senesac and Jason Davis, who each had 11 points. Peninsula's Kent Krekorian and Shawn Weinstein each finished with 10, while North Torrance's Jarrod Carroll also finished with 10 points.
Camino Real League
Mary Star 61, Cantwell-Sacred Heart 55--Visiting Mary Star (8-13, 3-3) was led by Marc Vuoso with 21 points in the win over Cantwell Sacred Heart (1-5) which was led by Jason Ngo with a game-high 25 points. Vuoso also had 17 rebounds, three steals, two assists and one block. Mary Star's Jeff Fiamengo finished with 16 points and nine assists, and Chris Navarre had 14 points, 8 asissts.
St. Monica 87, St. Anthony 33 --Brenn Hamaguchi, who had 13 points, was one of six players who scored in double figures for host St. Monica (9-11, 4-1) in the win over struggling St. Anthony (3-11, 0-5) which got 15 points each from junior guards Eugene Gandia and Eric Camanag.
Verbum Dei 73, Bosco Tech 59 --Utah-signee Richard Chaney finished with 23 points for Verbum Dei, currently ranked No. 2 in SoCalHoops Division IV-A Top 20 poll.
Century League
El Modena 88, Canyon 78--The visiting El Modena Vanguards (14-9, 5-1) had two players score 64 of their 88 points, as Gerard Rabb and Dominic Robinson each scored 32 points over Canyon.
Santa Ana Valley 51, Foothill 45 --Mario Ceja led the host Santa Ana Valley Falcons (15-7, 4-2) with 12 points against Foothill (11-11, 2-4). Brandon Rogers added 11 for the Falcons
Villa Park 86, Orange 59 --Junior forward Sean Phaler had 16 points for Villa Park (19-3, 5-1).
Channel League
Santa Barbara 72, Buena 37-- Preston Maloney responded by hitting 6-of-7 from 3-point range and finished with 20 points for the visiting Santa Barbara Dons ( 13-9, 4-1) in the win over host Buena (1-4 in league). Santiago Aguirrre added 16 points (7-8 from the field) and added six rebounds, five assists and three steals. Dos Pueblos 58, San Marcos 57-- Jonathan Pickert scored 22 points and Jon Ramsdell hit a turnaround jumper with 1:40 to play as Dos Pueblos (12-8, 2-3) pulled off the win over host San Marcos (14-7, 4-1) which was led by Seamus McKiernan with 18 points, 7 blocked shots and 10 rebounds. Ramsdell finished with 10 points and five rebounds for Dos Pueblos while Kevin Iden and Ryan Glick each combined for nine. Ahser Kupperman had 12 points for San Marcos. Christian League
Arrowhead Christian 60, Linfield 37 --Josh Breckley (6'-5" Sr. F/C) scored 21 points with 15 rebounds to lead Arrowhead Christian (12-6, 3-4) over host Linfield (5-12, 0-8). The Lions outscored the Eagles 19-10 in the fourth quarter despite finishing with just four players because three others had fouled out, but it was not enough to pull out the game for Linfield. Freshman Chuck Wilson led Linfield with 16 points, and Blaine Beckman added nine for Linfield. Jacob Goltry added 14 points, and junior 5-9 point guard Josh Cloud contributed eight assists for Arrowhead Christian, which led 48-18 after three quarters. Western Christian 65, Ontario Christian 55 --Chris Garcia scored 15 points and Greg Talen added 11, but it wasn't enough as Ontario Christian fell in Christian League play. The Knights (15-5, 5-3) cut the lead to 56-51 with four minutes, but could get no closer as Western managed nine of the game's last 13 points. Western Christian improved to 6-2 in league play.
Citrus Belt League
Eisenhower 87, Redlands East Valley 76--Senior 6-6 forward Cory McJimson poured in 29 points and junior 6-5 guard Sean Marshall added 24 as the Eagles (6-0, 19-2) beat the visiting Wildcats (0-6, 6-16). Junior 6-2 guard Chris Massengale had 19 points, including four three pointers in the first quarter. Redlands East Valley was led by Walter Wallace and Ted Salter, who scored 23 and 20 points, respectively.
Rialto 76, Redlands 55--Senior 5-10 guard Getano Johnson scored 23 points as the Knights (3-3, 12-10) defeated the visiting Terriers (2-4). Senior 5-10 guard Kenny Autry had 12 points, seven rebounds and three steals for Rialto.
AB Miller 81, Fontana 79 -- Jacob Ramirez led Miller with a career-high 43 points and seven rebounds as the host Rebels (18-5, 4-2) defeated Fontana (7-10, 3-3) and spoiled the return of Trayvon Williams, who has been ineligible all season. With the score tied at 76-76, Ramirez hit the last of six three-pointers with 47 seconds left and then added a free throws with 10 seconds remaining to make it 81-77. Williams finished with 31 points, 20 in the first half on 8-8 shooting from the field. Junior point guard Jeremiah Ward had 11 points, seven assists, and six steals for Miller, while Victor Michel added 11 points. Fontana got 16 points from Daryl Diggins who came off the bench in deference to Williams, while sophomore Mike Ephraim had 11 points, three blocks and two steals for Fontana. Villanova 48, Laguna Blanca 43 (OT) --DJ Daffe scored 20 points to lead Villanova (11-7, 4-0) over Laguna Blanca (7-0, 4-2). Ryan Kirby went four-for-four in free throws leading the Villanova to the overtime win. Laguna Blanca failed to convert most of its free throws, shooting a miserable 4-13 from the line. Aquinas 76, Yucca Valley 32 --Jermaine Harris (5'-6" Sr. PG) scored a career-high 36 points for Aquinas (10-6, 7-3), and added seven assists and five steals, while Glenn Ohaeri (5'-8" Sr. G) had a triple-double with 15 points, 14 rebounds and 10 steals, and John Noble had six points and 17 rebounds. Riverside Notre Dame 64, Big Bear 44 --Kevin Lyons had 20 points for Riverside Notre Dame (11-9, 7-3) in a De Anza League victory over Big Bear (9-10, 6-4). Junior 5-11 guard Kevin Zuidema scored 25 points for the Bears. Zuidema scored 15 points on three-pointers, sinking 5-of-9. Guard Brad Jennings and Matt Cavanagh each were limited to five points, in part because of shoulder and ankle injuries, respectively. Twentynine Palms 71, Beaumont 52 -- Dynamite Mathews (6'-3" Jr. F) scored 13 points in the third quarter, finishing with 29 in the game, and pulled down 16 rebounds to lead Twentynine Palms (14-6, 8-2) in the win over Beaumont (1-9 in league). to the De Anza League victory. Junior 5-9 guard Paul Barazza had seven points and nine assists for Twentynine Palms. Twentynine Palms -- Randle 16, Barazza 7, Hester 12, Cooley 4, Mathews 29, Cromwell 3. Delphic League
Crossroads 71, Campbell Hall 67 (3 OT) --Robert Locke scored 25 points for Crossroads (14-5, 7-0). Darryl Harris had 19 points for Campbell Hall (8-12, 2-5).
Del Ray League
Bishop Montgomery 74, St. Bernard 42 --Bishop Montgomery (18-5, 4-1) was led again by Fred Washington (6'-5" Jr. F) who 24 points in the win over St. Bernard (7-16, 0-5). Washington had 18 in the first half, and also pulled down 8 rebounds and dished out 6 assists. Bishop Montgomery's Brandon Peace added 12 points, eight rebounds and seven assists, while teammate Gavin Lee finished with 10 points and 10 rebounds. For St. Bernard, Bruce Bevans led with 19 points; Rocky Hinds added 11 points and 11 rebounds.
Del Rio League
El Rancho 67, Pioneer 58 --Bobby Miller scored 23 points and grabbed 13 rebounds for El Rancho (11-11, 6-1). Teammate Dan Carrera scored 17 points and had 13 rebounds. El Rancho pulled away in the fourth quarter with a 23-16 run.
La Serna 58, California 52 --John Picone had 19 points and 12 rebounds for La Serna (12-12, 4-3) in a Del Rio League victory over California. California point guard Matt Amido scored 15 points. After scoring only four points through three quarters, Amido scored 11 in the fourth, including back-to-back 3-point baskets in the final 35 seconds to bring the Condors to within one, 53-52, with 14 seconds to play. Jerrad Nutt and Stephen La Carra both had 11 points for California in the loss.
Whittier 69, Santa Fe 57 --Whittier (17-5, 5-2 ) was led by Michael Hernandez who scored 36 points, 17 in the fourth quarter, while Niko Reibert had 10 points over the Santa Fe Chiefs (8-15, 3-4) who were led by Robert Ruiz with 25 points. Santa Fe led, 45-41 after three quarters but Hernandez' scoring outburst was too much to overcome. After sitting out almost four minutes with four fouls, Hernandez sparked the uprising. He scored seven consecutive points and had an assist during a 15-0 run to open the period. Santa Fe also went scoreless for the first 3 minutes of the fourth quarter. Hernandez made 11 of 12 free throws in the fourth quarter (14-15 overall), and shot 11-of-25 from the floor.
Desert Mountain League
Mammoth 60, Silver Valley--Junior 6-1 forward Sidney Tharpe had 21 points, but the visiting Sivlver Valley Trojans (2-4 in league) made just 19-of-77 shots from the field and only 10-of-47 from three-point range in the loss to the Mammoth Huskies (4-2 in league).
Desert Sky League
Ridgecrest Burroughs 69, Granite Hills 44 --Visiting Ridgecrest Burroughs (10-7, 3-2) was led by Pat Graham with 16 points (4 three pointers) in the win over Granite Hills (5-15, 1-4). Chris Wootson added 14 points for Burroughs and Karl Williams had 13. Ramell Mitchell (6'-5" Sr. G) had 11 points and Michael Maloney (6'-1" Sr. G) had 10 points.
Silverado 72, Barstow 48 --Ryan Diggs scored 18 points for Silverado (14-8, 6-0) while Brandon Price added 16 rebounds. Virgil Wilkins added 14 as the Silverado Hawks defeated the visiting Barstow Aztecs (11-10, 1-4). Diggs and teammates Vince Alvarado and Jamie Lester combined for 12 three-pointers, each hitting three threes. Brandon Price (6'-5" Jr. F) pulled down 16 rebounds for Silverado. Ryan Boyes led Barstow with 10 points.
Desert Valley League
Cathedral City 62, Coachella Valley 46 --Thomas Shewmake scored 16 points and 18 rebounds to lead Cathedral City (15-6, 7-1) at Coachella Valley. Cathedral City -- Aquinaldo 3, Otteson 13, Gray 8, Shewmake 16, Bradley 2, Simerson 3, Lee 4, Green 3, Brown 10. Palm Desert 88, Desert Hot Springs 37 --Josh Zazulia had 22 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists and Chase McQuillen had 26 points for host Palm Desert (19-4, 9-0). McQuillen scored 12 of his game-high 26 points in the third quarter as Palm Desert outscored Desert Hot Springs 28-2 to put the game away. Palm Springs 68, La Quinta 55 --Led by Kevin Howard's 12 quarter points, Palm Springs (10-11, 4-4 ) outscored La Quinta 27-9 in the third on its way to a Desert Valley League win. Palm Springs sophomore forward Blake Spurgin had a double-double, 11 points and 10 rebounds. La Quinta drops to 2-6 in league. Diamond Ranch 71, Los Altos 65 --Delano Gray's jumper in the lane with a little more than a minute, combined with Brent Humphrey's four of six shooting from the line gave the Diamond Ranch Panthers (12-8, 3-3) the win over Los Altos. Rancho Cucamonga 63, Ontario 62 --Host Rancho Cucamonga (7-14, 2-4) held off Ontario (12-9, 2-4) by stifling a Jaquar five-point rally with less than 10 seconds to play. Rancho Cucamonga's Chris Berry scored 12 points, 10 in the fourth quarter to lead the Cougars, who led by seven points with 35 seconds left and was ahead 63-57 with 8.4 seconds to go. Ontario's Chris Taylor, who finished with 19 points, hit two free throws after a technical foul was called on Rancho for taunting, cutting the lead to 63-59. The Cougars turned the ball over and Ontario's Marcel Mack hit a three-pointer with four seconds to bring the Jaguars within one. Dominguez has won the league title 10 years in a row. Sophomore point guard Jason Murdock scored 17 points. Downey was led by junior guard Larry Cunningham with 22 points. Louis Davis, Travon Free and forward Deion Marcus also led Dominguez. Free finished with 14 points and 15 rebounds, while Davis had 13 points and 11 rebounds. Marcus had 10 points, and 7 rebounds. Senior forward Mike Strawberry added 16 points and seven rebounds while junior guard Wesley Washington added 14 points and six rebounds for the Monarchs, who will meet nationally ranked No. 1 Oak Hill next Saturday at the Long Beach Pyramid as part of the Nike Extravaganza. Santa Margarita (18-3, 2-2) was led by Santa Clara University signee Brandon Rohe who made six of eight from the field and finished with a team-high 19. San Diego-signee Travis Smith finished with 13 points and six rebounds for the Eagles. Mater Dei led by nine at halftime, and in the first three minutes of the third quarter they led 41-26.

Rowland was led by Dan Tieu with 14 points.
West Covina 62, Nogales 59 --Ondrae Garcia hit two free throws with six seconds to secure the win for host West Covina (14-8, 3-3). Jabir Jinna scored 17 points and Kevin Avar added 14, including three consecutive three-pointers for West Covina in the win over Nogales (6-16, 0-6).
Diamond Bar 76, Damien 69 --The host Diamond Bar Brahmas (12-10, 5-1) were led by junior forward Brandon Papez with 19 points and junior point guard Khalif Ford with 18. Allen Incencio, the only senior starter for the Brahmas, scored 11 points and added 13 rebounds, three assists and three steals and Terry Sims had 11 points and six rebounds. Mission Viejo 66, San Clemente 36 --Mission Viejo (20-2, 6-0) was led by Santa Clara University-signee Travis Niesen who had 26 points. Notably, Mission Viejo committed just four turnovers in the game.
Southwestern League
Temecula Valley 88, Murrieta Valley 82 (OT) -- Tyler Combs made the second of two free throws to give the Bears a three-point lead with 20 seconds to play, and Mike Hassen did the same with nine seconds left as the Bears held on to win in dramatic fashion. Hassen then made a layup off a steal at the buzzer for the final points. Temecula (17-7, 3-2) fought its way back from a nine-point halftime deficit to take a 64-63 lead with 1:23 to play in regulation. Murrieta (11-11, 2-3) used a 13-3 run late in the second quarter to take its nine-point lead, but shot just 5-for-11 and committed a half dozen turnovers in the third. The Nighthawks were outscored 18-10 in the period, as Temecula had a 7-2 run that slashed its deficit to 46-45 heading into the fourth. Ross Green led tghe bears with 15 points while A. J. McGregor had 19 for the Nighthawks.
Elsinore 47, Temescal Canyon 44 -- With three seconds remaining, Temescal (12-9, 2-3) had a chance to send the game to overtime. Trailing 47-44, Temescal inbounded the ball to senior Mike Peterson, who fired up a turnaround 3-pointer from right corner. Peterson's shot hit the front of the rim, ending the Titans' comeback bid. Elsinore (17-4, 4-1) was led by senior Travon Keahey who had a game high 19 points. Marty Wing led the Titans with 14 points. With the win, Elsinore is in sole possession of first place in league, holding a one-game advantage against Temecula Valley.

Artesia 71, Mayfair 66 --Visiting Artesia (12-6, 6-1) was led by senior power forward Ryan Meilleur (6'-9" Sr. F) who scored 17 points in the win over Mayfair (12-5, 5-1).

West Valley Hemet 65, Temecula Chaparral 57 -- Diesel Navarez had eight points and 11 assists, and sophomore Chris Hope had 11 points and 15 rebounds for Hemet West Valley in a non-league victory. At West Valley, the Pumas erased a 36-28 half-time deficit to pull even at 46 at the end of the third period, but were outscored down the stretch in a nonleague loss. Allen Craig topped Chaparral with 15 points, Will Campbell scored 13, and Brent Chodola and Manuel Montano each added 11. Montano also grabbed 10 rebounds. Coliseum League
Dorsey 86, Crenshaw 78 --Junior point guard Eric Flourney led the Dorsey Dons (14-4, 6-0) with 27 points. Senior guard Donald Wilson scored 23 points for Dorsey and added 12 rebounds in the win over Crenshaw (15-6, 4-2) which was led by junior point guard Marcus Williams who scored 22 of his 26 points in the second half. The Cougars were also led by Derick Clark's 21 points and Onye Ibekwe's 14 points.
Fremont 104, Jefferson 69 --Fremont (17-4, 4-2) had six players in double figures, led by Mark Bradford's 19 points. Jefferson was led by sophomore forward Gary White with a game-high 36 points.
Manual Arts 81, Locke 55 --Manual Arts (13-6, 2-4) was led by Jonathan Heard's 25 points over visiting Locke.
Eastern League
Jordan 71, Huntington Park 65 --Jordan (12-7, 5-1) got 12 points each from Jamal Washington and Acquell Smith over visiting Huntington Park.
Roosevelt 55, Garfield 52 --Roosevelt (12-6, 4-3) was led by Emmanuel Gutierrez with 23 points.
Bell 46, South Gate 38 -- Sione Sione scored a game-high 18 points to lead host Bell (11-6, 6-0) to victory over South Gate (1-5 league).
Magnet League
Bravo 63, LACES 55 --Turner Branden scored 19 points for Bravo (8-11, 5-1) in the win over LACES which was led by Gulley with 24 points.
Marine League
Carson 50, San Pedro 40 --Junior guard Samuel Hill had 12 points, 7 in the fourth quarter and junior forward Ekene Ibekwe had 11 points before fouling out in the early in the fourth quarter for Carson (12-4, 5-1) in the win over the visiting San Pedro Pirates (6-13, 0-6). Roko Grbic made three 3-points and finished with nine points for San Pedro, while Brian Morales also had nine.
Gardena 91, Banning 78 --Senior Joey Saavedra scored a game-high 36 points for host Banning (10-6, 2-4) in the loss to Gardena (10-7, 4-2), which led by Ramone Prescotte's 28 points, 11 rebounds and five blocked shots, and Isaac Thurman scored 22 points with 21 rebounds. Teammate Cory Evans added 20 points for Gardena.
Narbonne 74, Washington 65 --Senior Beto Delgado scored 23 points (three three-pointers) to lead Narbonne (14-6, 5-1) over host Washington (2-4 in league). Reggie Simms added another 22 points for Narbonne. Christian Smith hit four 3-pointers and finished with 18 points. Wayne Chamberlin scored 28 for Washington (6-12, 2-4).
Northern League
Belmont 62, Wilson 50 --Billy Elliston and Leo Castaneda each scored 15 points to lead host Belmont (8-8, 5-1). Anthony Gil scored 20 points for Wilson (2-4 in league).
Franklin 55, Eagle Rock 47 --Details were not available. Franklin improved to 14-7, 6-0; Eagle Rock dropped to 3-3 in league.
Marshall 63, Lincoln 32 --Marshall (5-16, 3-3) was
led by John Dayrit with 18 points in the win over visiting Lincoln (0-6 in league).
Sunset Six League
Canoga Park 64, Verdugo Hills 63 -- Canoga Park (7-13, 4-2) was led by Maurice Neal with 25 points, which won on a free throw by Fernando Lopez with no time remaining.
Grant 89, Hollywood 69 --Host Grant (12-9, 4-2) was led by junior Gino Riney who scored 28 points and had 11 assists in the win over visiting Hollywood (7-13, 1-5). Dominique Willis scored 23 with nine assists and seven rebounds, and teammate Arturas Lazdauskas scored 20 points with 10 rebounds for the Shieks.
North Hollywood 42, Poly 40 --North Hollywood (13-8, 6-0) was led by DeAndre Lamar with 12 points.
Valley Mission League
Monroe 62, San Fernando 61 --Monroe (6-15, 2-4) was led by Brandon Jenkins who scored 18 points.
Reseda 66, Van Nuys 43 --Sergei Lepashinski lead Reseda (12-4, 5-1) with 22 points
Sylmar 76, Kennedy 60 --Host Sylmar (14-5, 6-0) was led by Jeff Morse (6'-9" Sr. F) who scored 24 points and senior guard Frank Robinson who added 22 points.
Western League
Fairfax 66, Westchester 52 --Fairfax (21-3, 7-1) managed a bit of revenge Friday night at Westchester as Evan Burns scored 19 points to lead the visiting Lions over the Comets of Westchester (19-2, 7-1). Westchester shot poorly, making only one of 13 three point attempts. Fairfax junior point guard Kevin Bell and freshman Jamal Boykin had 10 points each. University of Arizona-signee Hassan Adams led Westchester with 17 points and 7 rebounds and junior wing Trevor Ariza had 10 points and 12 rebounds. Keith Everage and San Diego State-signee Brandon Heath each scored nine points in the loss.
Los Angeles 75, University 66 --Visiting Los Angeles (4-4 in league) was led by Darrell Woods with 29 points (eight three-pointers), and Jermaine Arterberry who finished with 22 points at University (15-8, 3-5). Uni was led by Ruben Boykin who had 24 points and Jeremy Lake with 20.
Palisades 81, Venice 57 --Tim Jackson scored 20 points to lead host Palisades (13-7, 4-4). Freshman D'Andre Bell scored 15 in the win over Venice (0-8 in league).
West Valley League
Birmingham 58, Cleveland 53 --Birmingham (7-9, 2-4) upset Cleveland (12-8, 5-1) behind Armen Shatrang's 25 points and 23 from Taft-transfer Mustafa Asghari. Nick Young had 13 points and 13 rebounds for Cleveland.
El Camino 67, Granada Hills 62 --Sophomore guard Rai Colston (5'-8" So. G) scored 20 points to lead host El Camino (10-10, 4-2) over visiting Granada Hills (7-15, 1-5).
Taft 71, Chatsworth 47 --Junior two-sport standout guard Steve Smith had 29 points for Taft (12-6, 4-2), which jumped out to a 17-2 lead in the first quarter over the Chatsworth Chancellors (6-10, 2-4). Taft's Nima Javarherian scored 12 points on four 3-pointers. Chatsworth got 16 points from Bruce Neale and 11 from Charles Murphy.
