Ok, here's what's happening for tonight and tomorrow.

DIVISION I-AA
Quarterfinals

These games are NOT being played at "alternate" locations. All games are tonight, Friday, 2/22/02 at 7:30 p.m.

Lakewood (20-6) at Eisenhower (25-2);
Millikan (19-8) at Ayala (20-8);
A.B. Miller (23-5) at Capistrano Valley (23-6);
Fontana (11-11) at Long Beach Poly (25-3)

DIVISION I-A
Quarterfinals

Ditto: These games are NOT being played at "alternate" locations. All games are tonight, Friday, 2/22/02 at 7:30 p.m.

Mission Viejo (26-2) at Canyon Country Canyon (19-9);
Cajon (24-4) at Loyola (24-3);
San Gorgonio (21-7) at Thousand Oaks (26-3);
Lancaster (20-7) at Glendora (26-2)

DIVISION II-AA
Quarterfinals

These are quarterfinals which are not required to be at "alternate sites" but some will be. Again, all games tonight, at 730 p.m.

Mater Dei (24-4) vs. Woodbridge (19-8) at Northwood HS;
Corona Centennial (24-3) at St. John Bosco (23-6);
Villa Park (26-3) at Inglewood (23-5);
Pasadena (24-4) at Claremont (22-6)

DIVISION II-A
Semifinals

These are indeed required to be at "alternate" sites. An "alternate" site is simply the place chosen by the host team which can be any suitable facility where the host team has not held a practice session during the season. These are the two games being played tonight, both at 7:30 p.m.

M.L. King (26-3) vs. Elsinore (23-4) at Temescal Canyon HS;
Redondo (21-6) vs. Santa Margarita (23-4) at Concordia University

DIVISION III-AA
Semifinals

Again, semifinals are required to be at "alternate sites." Here are the two games, both tonight, each tipping-off at 7:30 p.m.

Bishop Amat (22-6) vs. Artesia (20-5) at Mayfair HS
Mayfair vs. Palm Desert (24-4) at Indio HS

DIVISION III-A
Semifinals

See above re: "alternate sites". Both games at 7:30 p.m. :

Compton Centennial (27-0) vs. Muir (22-5) at La Canada HS
Ridgecrest Burroughs (15-9) vs. Bishop Montgomery (22-6) at Redondo HS.

DIVISION IV-AA
Quarterfinals

Alternate sites not required. Games will be played at the host school on Friday night at 7:30 p.m.

El Segundo (26-3) vs. Brentwood (22-6) at Crossroads HS
Chaminade (22-6) at Twentynine Palms (19-6)
St. Paul (14-15) at Murphy (20-8)

DIVISION IV-A
Semifinals

Semifinals must be held at "alternate" sites. Two games tonight, both at 7:30 p.m.:

Montclair Prep (16-10) vs. Verbum Dei (24-3) at Lynwood HS
Downey Calvary Chapel (24-4) vs. Serra (25-3) at Bishop Amat HS

DIVISION V-AA
Quarterfinals

All but one game will be on Saturday night The only game tonight is:

Friday:
Apple Valley Christian (23-1) at Santa Clarita Christian (18-6);

All other games in this division will be held as follows on Saturday:

Rolling Hills Prep (17-6) at La Sierra Academy (17-7) 7:30 p.m.
Pacific Hills (16-13) at Santa Clara (16-8), 7:30 p.m.
Valley Torah (16-6) at Ribet Academy (18-8), Saturday at 9 p.m.

What this schedule means is that if you can drive fast enough from Santa Clara to Ribet, you might catch parts of both the Pacific Hills v. Santa Clara and Valley Torah v. Ribet games....

DIVISION V-A
Semifinals

The only game tonight (Friday) is:

Desert Chapel (20-3) vs. Stoneridge Prep (22-5) at Cleveland HS.

Saturday game:

Orangewood Academy (17-3) vs. Price (25-6) at Serra HS, Saturday @ 7:30 p.m.
