In the case of the class of 2003, there's not much going on in California among tall centers. . . maybe more will emerge as the season wears on (we're certain that more guys will become known) but for now, there is only one guy from SoCal ranked in this class by Clark Francis at the HoopScoop. Clark's been ranking and rating college prospects for more than 20 years. Over the last few years, he's had an assist from Dinos Trigonis when it comes to ranking California players, and once again, they've compiled rankings for the entire State of California.
