Los Angeles, CA: 5th Annual MLK, Jr.
When: January 18, 1999. At Pauley Pavilion on the UCLA Campus. Highly prestigious high school invitational tournament. Featuring the top local high school teams and players. Hosted by Compton Dominguez High, this year's tentative lineup of teams includes Dominguez, Mater Dei, Compton, Inglewood, Crenshaw, Redondo Union, Simi Valley, Fairfax, Long Beach Jordan, Long Beach Poly, Glendora, Artesia, and more. School Annual Slam Tournament
When: Late January 1999 Held at Long Beach State - in the West Gymnasium (The Gold Mine), not The Pyramid. Always an exciting lineup of teams and local high school talent.
