Los Angeles, CA: ARC Instructional Academy Spring Session
When: Continuing through June 6 Saturday--North Hollywood H.S. 9 A.M.; Olive Recreation Center (Burbank) 11 A.M.; Pierce College 1 P.M. Learn the fundamentals from current and former high school coaches. Develop the skills to become a top high school player. Traveling teams will be formed. Any team can enter league competition. ARC division tournament for all teams after completion of league play, plus eventual regional and national tournaments. Former ARC players include NBA Stars: Jason Kidd, Shawn Kemp, Byron Scott, Don MacLean, Trevor Wilson, Tracy Murray, Mitchell Butler, Chris Mills, Sean Higgins, Steve Kerr, Sean Rooks, Tom Hammonds, Dwayne Schintzius, Ronnie Grandison, Darrick Martin, and James Cotton. Games and league play at North Hollywood High, Pierce College in Woodland Hills, various schools in Burbank, Olive Rec Center, and now in Orange County. Los Angeles/Inland Empire, CA: 20th Annual Slam-N-Jam Spring League
When: continuing through May 1999 Games are played on Saturdays and Sundays. For Boys 4th grade, 5th grade, 6th grade, 7th grade, Future Stars (primarily for 1999/2000 high school freshmen and Sophomores) and Varsity (for players with 1999/2000 high school eligibility. Separate Slam-N-Jam leagues will be held in Los Angeles and the Inland Empire areas. This has been called by some the "Rolls Royce" of boys basketball Spring Legues." Nationally recognized as one of the most prestigious boys basketball leagues in the country. A key recruiting event for major college coaches. Torrance, CA: 4 "D" Stars Spring Developmental League
When: March 15 through May 24, 1999. High School, JV & Varsity, Boys 10, 11, 12, 13, 14. Girls 5th & 6th, 7th & 8th grades, and varsity. Held at various South Bay High Schools. San Diego/Vista, CA: Future Stars Springtime Jamboree
When: May 1, 1999 - May 3, 1998 (TBA). Boys and Girls Teams, Grades 5-12. Games played at University High School. 4 boys divisions, and 4 girls divisions: 5th/6th grade, 7th grade, 8th grade, high school. Eight teams in each division. $150 per team. Lake Elsinore, CA: 1st Annual Elinsore Jaguars May Day Tournament

Santa Ana, CA: ARC Razorbacks Invitational Tournament
When: May 7-9, 1999. ARC Razorbacks are hosting their annual Invitational Tournament May 7-9 at Santa Ana College. Tournament is open to 6th, 7th 8th grade Boys and 7th, 8th grade Girls. Torrance, CA: 4 "D" BCI Golden State Classic Tournament

Buena Park, CA: West Orange County Slam Tournament
When: May 28-30, 1999. Location: Buena Park Boys & Girls Club; Divisions: Boys 6/7 & Girls 5/6. Price: $125.00 per team. Games: (3) game guarantee Play: Pool and Bracket. Also all Junior High School teams and traveling club teams are welcome to attend and play in their own divisions. All teams are encouraged to enter this tournament. San Diego, CA: Memorial Weekend Hoops Festival
When: May 23-25, 1999 For Boys 5-9th grades and Junior Boys (Must have remaining HS eligibility). Played in the San Diego Area. Kearney, NE: Mr. Basketball 1998 Slamfest A-B Division Tournament
When: Late May 1999 Where: Kearney, Nebraska. Divisions for - Class A & B varsity squads - 16-17 & under AAU teams (multi-school teams)--- 9th Grade To-Be. Teams are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a spot, send $45 non-refundable deposit for each team. Teams will be billed for the balance. Tournament Fees: $45 per player, with a minimum of 8 players highly recommended. Housing Arrangements: Mr. Basketball has secured discounted rates at several Kearney motels ranging from $50-$58 per night with 4 kids per room.
