Irvine: On2Hoop's Future Stars Back To School Bash
When: Sept. 4, 5, 6, 1999.
At Irvine University HS. The tournament will feature (6)
divisions in boys and girls pool play. All teams will receive 4 games with a tournament
cost of $250.00. We expect to have some of the top teams in Southern California.
Their are limited amount of spots per division so please act quickly to secure a spot.
Divisions are boys 12's, 14's, and all-star travel, and girls 11's, 13's, and all-star

will be hosting a tournament for 10-U through 17-U boys teams.Teams will play a minimum of

Instructional Academy Fall Session
When: September 11--(Registration); League Play September 26-November 21. The ARC Fall League, for boys and
girls in grades 1-8, will be conducted locally at six locations: North Hollywood High
School, Poly High School in Sun Valley, Pierce College, Taft High School in Woodland
Hills, Monroe High School in North Hills, and Burbank High School. Play will commence on
Sunday, September 26, 1999 and run through November 21, 1999. There will be boys divisions
for 14u/8th, 13u/7th, 12u/6th, 11u/5th, 10u/4th, and 9u, 8u, 7u, 6u/3rd, 2nd, 1st, K. Age
is based on 9/1/00. Cost per team will be $950. Girls divisions will include 13u/8th,
12u/7th, 11u/6th, 10u/5th, and the cost per team will be $750. Age is based on 1/1/00.
Only cashiers checks, money orders, or cash will be accepted. Entry fees are due by

Los Angeles: 2nd Annual Girls Youth Fall Basketball League "
When: Sept. 11 continuing through Oct. 30, 1999.
Sponsored by NIKE, league will be held at will be held Lynwood High School, 4050 East
Imperial Hwy. Fee: $300 per team; $ 75 per individual. High School Division {Elite
& Regular} and also Junior High School Division. Some of the top teams in Southern

Stars Fall Developmental League
When: September 19 through November 21, 1998. High School, JV & Varsity, Boys 10, 11, 12, 13, 14. Girls 5th & 6th,
7th & 8th grades, and varsity. games played at Leuzinger & South Bay High Schools.
Boys: $550.00 per team; Girls: $425.00 per team. Games are played in 20 minute halves,
running clock, and clock stops only in last 2 minutes of the game but only if there is
less than a 10 point lead; 2 timeouts per half, no carryover. For further

FullCourt Press Fall Showcase
When: Sept. 17, 1999. The 1999 Fullcourt
Press Fall Showcase will be held on Friday, September 17, 1999 at Long Beach City College,
and will showcase some of the best players in Southern California, and promises to attract
college coaches and scouts from throughout the country. The event will consist of five
separate games including a Sophomore Game (4:00 p.m.), Junior Game (5:30 p.m.) two Senior
Games (7:00 and 8:30 p.m.) and a JC Game (10:00 p.m.). For further information contact

Los Angeles: adidas Double Pump "Fall Pump Premier" Tournament
When: Sept. 24, 25, 26, 1999. At
Cal State Dominguez Hills. 52 teams, 3 Game Guarantee, 6 games possible.
Championship and Consolation Brackets. $400 Entry fee. National HS Rules.
The tournament will feature a single bracket with first game winners advancing to
the Championship Bracket and first game losers going on to the Consolation Bracket. Three

Fullerton College, Fullerton, CA. 20 teams. Top teams only. Games start at
10:00 a.m. daily and continue. For

Los Angeles, CA: ARC Future Stars High School JV & Varsity Fall
Leagues
When: September 26 through Nov. 15.
For grades 9-12. On-site tournament at end of 5 week
session of league play. Winners at each site will advance to a regional playoff in order
to determine the fall league championship. Played at three locations, North Hollywood High
School, Camarillo High School, and Nogales High School. . Registration at North Hollywood,
Sunday, September 20 for Boys Varsity and JV and Girls Varsity and JV at 10:00 A.M.;
Registration at Camarillo High School on Sunday, September 20 for Boys Varsity and JV and
Girls Varsity and JV at 4:00 P.M; and at Nogales High School on Tuesday, September 22 for
Boys Varsity and JV and Girls Varsity and JV at 7:00 P.M. Players can join the league as
part of a team, or register individually. No limit to the number of players per school who
may play on the same team. Cost per team $485 for 10 players; each additional player
$48.50. Payment in cash, cashiers check or money order, payable to "ARC."
Teams may use uniforms from previous ARC leagues, or other uniforms, as long as the school
name is not on the practice uniform (to comply with CIF rules). Uniforms are available at
$10 a set (reversible jersey and shorts) for poly-cotton, or $20 a set for mesh. Play
begins one week after registration. For

Arizona: Insight.com Bowl Arizona Stars
Tournament
When: Sept. 24-26. Sponsored by Nike, Arizona
Stars. 9U-Senior Boys, 10U-Senior Girls. Tournament Entry Fee for AAU members is $300 per
team payable to Arizona Stars. Tucson, Arizona at the McKale Center, Bear Down Gym &
other local High School facilities. Teams must register by September 10, 1999. Teams will
not be permitted to play if not registered. Registration and information can be obtained
at: http://www.azstars.org. Team Rosters may not have
more than 15 players. All players and coaches must be a current member of the AAU to
participate in a sanctioned event. Every team must have a club/team membership for the

9/1/2000) are twelve dollars for players and fourteen for coaches and are multi-sport.
